We are looking for someone who wants to progress in children’s social care
currently recruiting for Willow Bank (Kendal) & Fell House (Grange over Sands) homes for children aged 6-12 years
You need:
A good knowledge of therapeutic care
Experience of planning activities for children and adults
Good communication skills
Practical administration skills
Experience of leading supervisions
Ability to plan for large groups and longer periods of time
A willingness to learn and build their knowledge and experience
